Attention, 9th graders who want a new high school (8th graders too)

"Round 2"  is  an important opportunity for 8th graders that were unmatched or wish to improve their High School match, and gives  current 9th graders  a rare opportunity to  apply for a different High School for 10th grade!  School representatives will be at the second-round high school fair on March 14 and 15 at the Martin Luther King Educational Campus at 66th and Amsterdam in Manhattan from 11 AM to 2 PM.

Attend the Round 2 Fair this weekend

The Round 2 Fair allows interested students to get to know schools and programs with availability

Start by reviewing  the Round 2 Program List to see what programs you are eligible for.  Pay attention to the grade level, admissions method, and type of offer available—general education students, students with disabilities, or all students.

The program list tells you where seats are available in 9th or 10th grades, and where they are reserved for students that receive special education services for more than 20 percent of the instructional school day. No need to sweat it if you don't know- simply ask your guidance counselor to check in the online student enrollment system (SEMS).

Speak to admissions representatives and guidance counselors at the Fair!

Applications are due by March 20

When: 11 a.m, - 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2015 and Sunday, March 15, 2015
Where: Martin Luther King Jr. Educational Campus, 122 Amsterdam Avenue, New York NY 10023
